Body Formation is a fully equipped personal training studio offering strength training and weight management services in the privacy of a one-on-one environment.

The delicate feminine decor and scaled-down equipment creates a more pleasing, less intimidating atmosphere where you can feel comfortable and concentrate on what you want to accomplish; contrary to the distraction and intimidation of a public health club.

Body Formation is about helping you feel and look better through exercise and nutrition.  No cookie-cutter approach here.  Our program is designed for your individual needs and problems.  Not only will you get better results more quickly than on your own, but you're more likely to stay committed for years.  One of our goals is to get you where you want and keep you there for life, and once and for all, be finished with the yo-yoing syndrome.

Your personal trainer will drive you to higher levels of intensity than you would working on your own.   Don't kid yourself, you won't get outstanding results doing just the basics everyone uses.  It's that higher level of intensity that brings about real results.  That's what you'll get from us.

Whatever your physical goals, to lose weight, tighten up, trim down, increase your endurance, improve your health or sports performance, we will design a program just for you.

Together, we'll layout an exercise program and nutritional plan for achieving your desired results.  And through a series of one-hour sessions you'll workout one-on-one with a certified personal trainer in a private studio, while receiving personalized attention, private instruction, motivation, and continued support.
